CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

RETURNS

All pieces at House of Magica are made in small batches, handcrafted, or one-of-a-kind. Because of their nature, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on fit or change of mind.

For online purchases, any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. If the request is approved, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which it was received, and shipped back within the timeframe provided in our return instructions. If an item came with packaging or accompanying components, these must also be returned intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Pieces in The Archive are vintage or pre-loved, and each item is carefully photographed and described to reflect its unique history and condition. If an Archive piece arrives with a significant flaw not shown or described, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos so we can review the case.

Please note that any return will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer regulations, and returned items must remain in substantially unchanged condition.

If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help.

SUSTAINABILITY

At House of Magica, sustainability is woven into the way we create, source, and curate.

We work with a slower, more intentional pace, choosing materials, makers, and methods that respect both craft and the planet.

Our garments are produced in small batches or made by hand, allowing us to avoid overproduction entirely. We work with responsible workshops and artisans in Sweden and Portugal to minimize transport, ensure fair working conditions, and maintain full transparency in the process.

The Magica Zodiac tees are crafted from 100% organic cotton, grown without chemicals or GMOs and using significantly less water than conventional cotton. By keeping production local and quantities controlled, we reduce waste while ensuring long-lasting quality.

Pieces in The Archive are exclusively vintage or pre-loved — extending the lifespan of existing garments and celebrating the beauty of the already-made. Our curated designers and one-of-a-kind creations follow the same principle: thoughtful production, durable materials, and a commitment to craftsmanship over mass manufacturing.

We believe in choosing fewer, better things — pieces meant to be kept, cared for, and lived with.
