Each piece is shaped and finished by hand, with attention to balance, proportion, and texture. Crafted using recycled materials, it features a red wax coating, black linen band, waxed string, and a vintage metal button that has been hand-painted — forming a sculptural silhouette that merges classic craftsmanship with avant-garde design. Distressing is intentional and part of the hat’s character.

Aleksander Jurczak creates headwear that exists somewhere between functional object and sculpture. Each piece is a study of form, material, and transformation — shaped by hand, by heat, by time. Working with vintage fur felt and antique textiles, he reinterprets traditional hat-making through a raw, contemporary lens. Surfaces are burned, brushed, and weathered — echoing the textures of nature and decay.
